Metal Cardbot S is the second season of Metal Cardbot. On EBS, it is referred to with the tagline “메탈카드봇S 강철의 귀환”, or “Metal Cardbot S: Return of Steel”.¹

In China, Metal Cardbot S is split into two parts, known as 炫卡斗士2 and 炫卡斗士3. The two parts aired nine months apart.
